We want your experience at Magnolia Laine Bridal to be as lovely as possible, so here are a few tips for making the most of your day shopping with us:
DO I NEED AN APPOINTMENT TO SHOP?
Yes! All of our boutiques are by appointment only, so each of our brides has a dedicated stylist available for your appointment, both for trying on wedding dresses and accessories. We cannot accommodate walk-ins. A credit card will be required to confirm your spot, but additional appointment fees vary by location.
WHEN SHOULD I START SHOPPING FOR MY DRESS?
We recommend ordering your gown 9-12 months prior to your wedding date. This will allow plenty of time since our gowns are made-to-order and can take up to 5-7 months to produce, plus 2-3 months for alterations. Due to high demand, we are only able to book appointments for brides who are 15 months or less from their confirmed wedding date.
HOW MANY GUESTS CAN I BRING?
Each of our stores can accommodate only four to five guests, plus the bride per suite so bring the people who's opinions matter most! Our stylists will be there to support and help find your perfect dress, so make sure your loved ones are there to celebrate your special moment!
WHAT IS THE PRICE RANGE OF YOUR GOWNS?
Our prices vary by store, but range from $1,200 - $6,000 with the majority of our collections at $1,800 - $4,000. If you have specific questions about a gown designers' price range, please visit our designer pages for a more detailed price breakdown.
CAN I BRING FOOD AND DRINKS?
We DO NOT allow outside food or drinks into the boutique, including alcohol. This is in order to protect all of our customers and clients from potential liability. Our goal is to protect our gowns from stains and spills, which is difficult during an appointment when our focus should be on you as the bride! Don't worry, we will have a champagne toast available to celebrate when you find your gown!​

WHAT DRESS SIZES DO YOU CARRY?
Each Magnolia Laine location carries a curated collection of bridal gowns and we do our best to accommodate as many beautiful body types as possible. Most of our sample gowns range from bridal size 10-12, as well as a selection of gowns in sizes 16-24. As we are a made-to-order boutique, once you say yes to your dream dress, we'll take your measurements and order the dress size to best fit you!
CAN I TAKE PHOTOS AT MY APPOINTMENT?
When it comes to filming and photos, we love seeing our brides sharing their experience and 'Yes' moments in our stores. This is a special time for you and your guests, and we agree it should be celebrated! Our only ask, is that you save gown photos for your top two favorite choices. We find the more time you spend on photos, the less time you have to try on more gowns. Professional cameras, ring lights, or any additional photography equipment are not allowed in the shop.
Pro Tip: Ask your stylist where the best angles and lighting are in the store—they will know all the best tips and tricks for the perfect photos!
IS TIPPING MY STYLIST EXPECTED AT CHECKOUT?
At Magnolia Laine, you can always expect a personalized and unique shopping experience. If you feel like your stylist went above and beyond to make your appointment special, and feel so inclined to leave gratuity, it is always appreciated but not expected at checkout. All tips will go directly to your stylist.
WHAT IF I LIVE OUT OF STATE?
Not a problem! Once your dress arrives and passes through our quality control, we are happy to ship your dress to wherever you call home.
